  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
Animals:Birds were from a cross between White Leghorn and Green-Legged Partridgelike chickens.
     Breeds associated:
    n/a
Design:Birds were genotyped for seven microsatellite markers on GGA14 and analyzed for antibody response to KLH.
Analysis:Four mixed linear models with two-QTL effects were applied: 1) model assuming marginal additive effects of 2 QTL; 2) model assuming marginal and epistatic additive effects of 2 QTL; 3) model assuming marginal additive and dominance effects of 2 QTL; 4) model assuming marginal additive and dominance effects of 2 QTL and all possible pairwise epistases.
    Software:QTL Express
