    Animals:Animals were Norwegian Standardbred trotters.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina EquineSNP50 BeadChip and analyzed for osteochondrosis phenotypes. A total of 41,170 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Chi-square test, logistic regression using the Cochran–Mantel–Haenszel (CMH) test, and mixed-model analysis were performed.
