    Animals:Animals were Thoroughbred horses naturally infected with cyathostomins.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Horses were genotyped using the Illumina Equine 70K BeadChip ad GWAS were performed for fecal egg count, PCV, and white blood cell traits. A total of 51,145 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:The proportion of additive genetic variance explained by genomic windows formed by 15 consecutive SNPs was estimated.
