    Animals:Animals were stallions representing 23 breeds: Akhal-Teke, Appaloosa, Arabian, Bashkir, Budyonny, Don, French Trotter, German Warmblood, Hanoverian, Heavy Draft crossbreds, Holsteiner, Karabakh, Orlov Trotter, Rehnish German Coldblood, Russian Heavy Draft, Russian Riding, Selle Francais, Soviet Heavy Draft, Standardbred, Tersk, Thoroughbred, Trakehner, and Welsh Pony.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the high density Affymetrix Axiom Equine Genotyping Array and GWAS were performed for sperm motility traits. A total of 306,522 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Mixed models were used.
