    Animals:Animals were German Warmblood horses.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina Equine SNP50 BeadChip and analyzed for height at withers. A total of 42642 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:A principal components approach with linear model was used. Significant SNPs were reanalyzed using a multi-marker regression method.
