     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using either the Axiom Equine Genotyping Array or the Illumina Equine SNP50 Beadchip, with data imputed to sequence level, and GWAS was performed for semen traits. A total of 335,494 SNPs were used for GWAS.
