    Animals:Animals were Thoroughbred horses.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina EquineSNP70 BeadChip and analyzed for recurrent laryngeal neuropathy incidence and body height. A total of 56,679 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Association analysis was performed by means of a Wald test using the centered relatedness matrix calculated by GEMMA.
