    Animals:Animals were Welsh, Connemara, Highland, and Fell ponies.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina EquineSNP50 Infinium BeadChip and analyzed for body height. A total of 18,950 (all breeds) or 14,832 (Welsh only) were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Two separate GWAS were performed, one using all four breeds, and one using Welsh ponies and cobs only.
