    Animals:Animals were cattle from three Nordic dairy breeds: Holstein, Nordic Red, and Jersey.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineSNP50 BeadChip and analyzed for mastitis and milk production traits. Data were imputed to the whole-genome level. A region on BTA20 was targeted for further study.
    Analysis:Haplotype-based analysis and single-locus regression analysis were performed.
