    Animals:Animals were Finnish Ayrshire, Swedish Red and White, and Danish Red.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:A granddaughter design was employed. Animals were genotyped for 38 microsatellite and SNP markers and analyzed for clinical mastitis and somatic cell score.
    Analysis:Combined linkage disequilibrium linkage analysis was used, followed by single- and two-trait LA and/or LD models.
