    Animals:Animals were Hereford and Braford bulls.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Cattle were genotyped using either the Illumina BovineSNP50 BeadChip or the BovineHD BeadChip, and GWAS was performed for scrotal circumference. Data from the HD chip were filtered to use only SNPs that were also present on the 50K chip; 41,045 SNPs were used for GWAS.
    Analysis:A BayesB model was used.
