    Animals:Animals were Russian Holstein cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the GeneSeek Genomic Profiler Bovine 100K DNA chip and GWAS was performed for left displaced abomasum. A total of 85,605 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Three statistical models were used for GWAS: general linear model, mixed linear model, and fixed and random model circulating probability unification (FarmCPU)
    Software:PLINK 1.90, GAPIT v.3, rMVP in R, qqman v.0.1.9, qqplot2 v.3.4.4
