    Animals:Animals were Nellore cattle.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped using either the Illumina BovineHD BeadChip or a medium-density panel (with data imputed to HD), and GWAS was performed for incidence of feet and legs malformation. A total of 461,057 SNPs were used for anlaysis.
Analysis:The phenotypes of FLM were used as dependent variables in a single-trait threshold animal model. SNP effects were estimated by the weighted single-step genomic BLUP (WssGBLUP) method with two iterations.
    Software:THRGIBBS1F90, FImpute v3, QCF90, BLUPF90, POSTGSF90
