     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineSNP50 BeadChip v1 and v2, and GWAS were performed for semen production traits. A total of 36,983 (Holstein) or 39,005 (Japanese Black) SNPs were used for analysis.
