Animals:Animals were first-lactation Holstein Friesian cows.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineSNP50 v2 BeadChip or the Bovine Eurogenomics 10k chip (data imputed to 50K), and GWAS was performed for claw disorders. A total of 44,046 SNPs were used for analysis.
Analysis:GWAS was performed in a case-control design by a applying a single-SNP linear mixed model and using the mlma-loco "leaving one chromosome out" option in GCTA.
    Software:PLINK, GCTA
