Design: | Animals were analysed for Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (MAP)-specific humoral response and/or culture/PCR for MAP detection in gut tissues. Animals were genotyped using the Bovine MD SNP50 Bead Chip. Data were imputed to HD, then to WGS data and SNP association with bovine paratuberculosis infection was analyzed. A total of 33,774,937 autosomal SNPs were used for analysis. |
