    Animals:Animals were crossbred beef bulls, with the predominant breeds Angus, Simmental, Piedmontese, Gelbvieh, Charolais, and Limousin.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Affymetrix Genechip Bovine Genome High Density Array and analyzed for scrotal circumference and sperm motility. A total of 379,591 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Weighted single-step genomic BLUP analysis was performed.
