     Breeds associated:
    Design:Based on candidate genes identified in a previous GWAS, targeted genotyping was carried out, in which animals were genotyped for 126 SNPs and analyzed for milk cholesterol content, milk yield, and milk fat yield.
    Analysis:Association analyses, using both additive and dominance effect models, were performed using a univariate single-SNP mixed linear model.
