     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using a panel of 107,371 SNPs and analyzed for sire conception rate. A total of 95,705 SNPs remained after quality control.
    Analysis:Genome scans for additive and non-additive effects were carried out using single-step genomic best linear unbiased prediction (ssGBLUP) and a two-step, mixed-model-based approach, respectively.
