    Design:Animals were genotyped using either the Illumina Bovine 50K SNP BeadChip or the 10K Illumina Bovine Eurogenomics SNP chip, with data imputed to 50K, and analyzed for disease incidence. A total of 43,939 SNPs were used for analysis.
