    Animals:Animals were Nellore cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using either the Illumina BovineHD BeadChip or BovineSNP50 v2 BeadChip (with data imputed to HD) and analyzed for feet and leg conformation. A total of 407,730 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Single-trait threshold animal models were used. SNP effects were estimated using the wssGBLUP method.
