    Animals:Animals were Chinese Holstein and Nordic Holstein cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineSNP50 BeadChip and analyzed for fertility traits. After editing, 44,462 SNPs and 44,692 SNPs were used for association analysis in Chinese and Nordic Holsteins, respectively.
