    Animals:The data set consisted of 445 Chinese Holstein dairy cows.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the GGP BovineLD V3 SNP chip and analyzed for milk production. The final marker set included 441 animals with 20,326 SNP genotypes.
    Analysis:Both fixed-effect (FLM) and random-effect models (MLM) were used in the study.
