Functional Annotation of ANimal Genomes (FAANG) Project
— A coordinated international action to accelerate Genome to Phenome

Contributors

The signed contributors are committing to work with the FAANG community to define experimental, meta data, and bioinformatics standards and ensure the experiments we conduct to produce functional annotation of our genomes of interest adhere to these standards. We also commit to release all the data we produce in an open access manner, rapidly and before publication in adherence to the standards defined at the Toronto Statement about pre-publication data sharing.
